Attending parent/childbirth education classes can help you obtain the knowledge, confidence and support you need during your pregnancy and after the birth of your baby

The most popular childbirth preparation classes are Lamaze and the Bradley Method which moms-to-be how to cope with labor pain. Both approaches encourage the woman's partner to participate in the labor and delivery process.

Other childbirth preparation techniques include the HypnoBirthing and Birthing From Within.
